China's refusal to cut emissions risks UK-led Cop26 failure - by Emma Gatten for the Telegraph

On behalf of BringItBack, may we recommend our subscribers sign up to the Global Warming Policy Foundation website (GWPF), a charitable foundation dedicated to across-the-media coverage of Climate Change? https://www.thegwpf.com/

In presenting articles on the subject from a wide variety of sources they add a much-needed dimension to the debate, presenting them in a user-friendly way for their readers to upload.

The enclosed article is from the Telegraph on the forthcoming challenge of 'persuading' China to continue to cut its carbon emissions well before its 2030 target in order to limit global warming to a 1.5C increase.

In covering the debate from a global perspective, the GWPF are doing admirable work in exposing the burden of responsibility which now lies beyond these shores unlike many British broadcasters whose parochial coverage of the subject seems to be limited to periodic reports on urban disruption by Extinction Rebellion.
