How bright are the prospects for UK trade and prosperity post-Brexit? - by Professor David Blake

This is a write-up of a presentation given at the Brexit and Trade conference, organised by The UK in a Changing Europe, and held at the British Academy on 2 November 2017. It has been updated to account for events that have occurred since then.

The report was then presented to the House of Commons Select Committee on Trade in May 2018 and is reproduced here as it is well worth reading today as we near the end of the transition period at 31.12.20.
